A laugh from an unexpected place

I don't watch "Lipstick Jungle."

But someone I know was watching last week's episode, and she wrote me about a line in the show that made her laugh.

She knew I would enjoy it too. It's a reference to one of my favorite Broadway musicals. My friend writes:

One of the gals is seeing the plastic surgeon for a weird procedure, and the nurse making the appointment on the phone says, "Do you know where it is?" and she replied, looking at the business card, "Park and Seventy-Third."

Anyone else chuckling with me? Anyone else get the reference?

Okay - so this show has just been cancelled (big shocker). But the even bigger shocker is that NBC has taken on a full season of the UBER terrible Knight Rider and fired the only person who could actually act (Bruce Davison) as it revamps the show for the rest of the season. I guess the suckatude of everyone else is less noticeable if you remove a mean of comparison? Anywho... looking forward to when you weigh in next on the fall season...
